Will I have to pay any custom charges?
For European Union(including UK)/ North American /Asia and Oceania countries, we all include taxes.
If you receive any text messages/emails requesting you to pay taxes, contact us as soon as possible to verify and avoid being deceived and causing unnecessary losses.
For other countries like South American and Africa countries and European countries that are not members of the European Union, when receiving tax payment information, please make sure to contact the post office or confirm with us first.
Anyway, if the package is detained/confiscated by customs for any reason other than not paying taxes & wrong recipient address, we offer refund and resend the goods.
